About PsyQuilibre

PsyQuilibre is a mental health initiative led by the non-profit organization Interlinks, based in Tunisia. Interlinks works to promote mental health, social inclusion, and the socio-economic empowerment of marginalized and vulnerable individuals, groups, and communities.

Launched in 2023 with the support of Grand Challenges Canada (GCC), the initiative was created in response to the critical need for accessible and effective mental health services for young adults — especially university students in the Greater Tunis area, a population often underserved by traditional healthcare systems.

PsyQuilibre offers a hybrid model combining digital services and on-the-ground action:

  • A free mobile app offering psychoeducational and well-being tools
  • Listening cells available at partner universities
  • A free mental health helpline for immediate support
  • Creative therapy workshops promoting self-expression through art
